By accessing or using HeroHR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use HeroHR for your internal business purposes.

This license does not include the right to:

• Use the materials for commercial purposes outside your organization
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

User Accounts

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged for your selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

You retain all rights to the data you input into HeroHR. We claim no ownership over your content. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeroHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service:

• If you breach these Terms
• If required by law
• If we cease operations
• At our discretion with reasonable notice

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
